Please note that the Division's new fiscal intermediary, Public Partnerships, LLC (PPL)
has
announced it will be adding
an in-person enrollment session for individuals, families and Self-Directed Employees in the Morris County area:

- First, call Public Partnerships Customer Service to get unique Participant ID #: 844.842.5891
- For online enrollment: Go to www.pplenroll.com to register for access to the Online Enrollment System
- For phone enrollment: Call Public Partnerships at 877.908.1752
