The entire quote goes like this:
"If you're trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks. I've had them; everybody has had them. But obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it."
Things do not always go smoothly no matter who we are or where we are. It is a fact of life. Successful people realize this and then work through the situation, change tactics or even people until they figure it out and make it work.
If it is truly important to you, do not give up. If your approach is not working, figure out one that will and make it happen.
