What's in store this winter?


In October 2017, NOAA predicted this winter would be colder and wetter for the North and warmer and drier for the southern states. The first week of the New Year brought frigid temperatures to all states east of the Rockies and a massive winter storm to the east coast. Meanwhile, southern California and Alaska enjoyed warmer than average temperatures. What does this all mean for winter energy supply and prices?
