If you have an automatic sprinkler system, be sure to turn it off during the colder winter months. Sprinklers left on during freezing conditions can make sidewalks and driveways dangerously icy.

Remind your neighbors, too! Nothing will grow during this time of year, anyways. Conserve water and keep paved areas safe!
In honor of President's Day, the City of Boerne offices will be closed on Monday, February 19.

If you have a Utilities-related issue during this time, you can call our after-hours hotline at (830) 248-1633.

KEEP WIPES OUT OF THE PIPES
Did you know that most sewer spills are caused by grease and debris in sewer mains?

A big part of the problem is so-called “flushables” like baby, personal cleansing and disinfecting wipes. Why? Because even though these may not clog your toilet, they won’t break down in the sewer system. Instead, they clump together with grease in the pipe and cause a messy, smelly sewer overflow. Please protect our sewer systems from costly repairs! Do not flush those pre-moistened personal use and cleaning wipes.
11TH ANNUAL COWBOY BREAKFAST

Breakfast is by donation and all proceeds will go to benefit Meals on Wheels Kendall County.
