This will be a New Issue reading session of sacred choral music.  The music will be from a wide variety of publishers for all choir sizes and abilities. Attendees will receive a packet of about 40 octavos, and there are 100 packets available. 

To reserve your spot,  reply to this email, call 314-942-3088 (Dick Boyd's direct line), or 314-291-4686.  If you cannot attend, and we have packets remaining, we can send you a packet for $15 (includes shipping). You can pay by credit card or bill your school/church. 

You may order additional copies of session titles at the event at our promotional 10% discount, and we will have a display of additional materials on site for you to peruse before and after the event.

Kevin McBeth  came to Manchester United Methodist Church in 1995, and since that time has been blessed to lead the Music and Worship Arts Ministry programming at MUMC. This vital ministry includes nearly 500 children, youth and adults in all facets of Fine Arts: music, drama, dance, and scenic arts.

In January of 2011, Kevin was named Director of the St. Louis Symphony's IN UNISON® Chorus. Over the past 20 years, he has conducted honor, festival and touring choirs (choral and handbell) in the United States and Canada. A few of his previous appointments also include Adjunct Professor in Choral Music at Webster University, Assistant Conductor of the St. Louis Symphony Chorus, and Music Director of the St. Louis Metro Singers. His 30-year career in church music has included appointments in churches in Houston, Texas and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Kevin is a graduate of Houston Baptist University, and has completed graduate studies in Choral Conducting at the University of Houston. Additionally, he has served on the board of the Iowa Choral Directors Association (ICDA), the Missouri Choral Directors Association (MCDA), and the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers (AGEHR), and has also served as the Repertoire and Standards Chair for the Southwest Division of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).
