Weekly Minyans
Sundays, 9AM
Monday, May 29, minyan will be at 8:30 AM
Mondays, 6:45 AM, followed by breakfast & The Talmud with Rabbi Zelony.
The Talmud is the foundational text upon which all modern forms of Judaism stand. Come explore, spar with, and make meaning of this sacred book. Open to all learners. Hebrew text is provided but class discussions will be based on English translation. Every Monday after minyan (time will vary on holidays).
We had requested a babysitter for the congregational meeting Monday night and apologize that no one showed up. Thank you all for your patience with our youngest members having to stay in the sanctuary during the meeting.

Watch your mailboxes starting the first week of June as our membership renewal drive kicks off. For questions or concerns, contact Treasurer, Marc Machbitz (214.354.7792) or Assistant Treasurer, Lou Kaiser , 972.849.0365.

HOST FAMILIES NEEDED
The Israel Scout Caravan has been a tradition in Dallas for over 40 years and will be here again July 3 to July 11. In Dallas, as in many communities, home hospitality is provided for the teenage Tzofim for the duration of their visit. This hosting relationship goes beyond simply providing food and a bed; the host families become true surrogate families during their stay. This personal contact, combined with the opportunity for the Tzofim to teach one-on-one about Israel, is invaluable, and the relationships forged can last a lifetime. Want to be a host family this summer? Click here for all the details

See some of what the Caravan is about (video will open in a new window)...
