Use the Wednesday Lunch and Bible Study as your lunch break each week!
The meal line opens at 11:45 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. A brief service will follow at 12:20 p.m. and end around 12:50 p.m. Parking will be available in the lane and in the church parking lot.
Annual Barbecue Fellowship
Summer evenings at Point Pleasant (441 Suncrest Blvd.) begin THIS Sunday and continue through September 3rd, with singing beginning at 5:15 p.m. and worship at 5:30 p.m. This Sunday, the youth choir will present a mini-concert at 5:15 p.m., prior to the beginning of the service.

The facility will open at 3:00 p.m. for appropriate Lord's Day leisure activities for the family. Please note that not all forms of recreation are consistent with the Fourth Commandment, but only those which directly promote one's appreciation and love of God and His Word and works. Consequently, please show what previous generations called "Sabbath restraint" in all your activities. We also wish to urge you that the informality of the setting not lead to inappropriate or immodest attire. Please, no short shorts, bathing suits, halter tops, or strapless tops should be worn in the worship service. It is important that we dress in a manner that befits such occasions that are meant to sanctify the people of God. Our dress should aim to please God and reflect our identity as a "royal priesthood, a chosen nation and a people belonging to God"....in the world, but not of it.
DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR HOMEMADE ICE CREAM SUNDAY EVENING. LET TRICIA BARRETT KNOW YOU ARE PLANNING TO IN ORDER TO PLAN ACCORDINGLY. THIS IS ALWAYS A FUN TIME TO TRY UNIQUE AND TIME-TASTED FLAVORS.
