Our union has been forwarded a copy of an agreement being distributed by the
Neshoma Orchestra for musicians to sign. We strongly urge you
not to sign that agreement. Our union alleges that Neshoma broke federal labor relations law by asking musicians to sign that agreement, which tries to circumvent our union contract.
Do not sign the Neshoma "specialist agreement"!
We have been asked why this is happening now. At this time we cannot answer this question definitively.
Please contact us immediately if you have been approached to sign this "agreement." If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us:
