Our summer camps are a hands-on, outdoor experience for teens interested in our human connections to the land. Dig deeper into food, farms, and forests with two camp options: our residential overnight camp, Beyond the Barn, or our day camp experience,  Taste of the Fields.

Sun to Cheese Tours Begin!
Where does the story begin with our delicious farmhouse cheddar cheese? Find out on our behind-the-scenes tour to discover the art and science of cheesemaking. Watch our cheesemakers in action and taste through the flavors of our farm at our cheesemaking facility. Then, visit the dairy and meet the cows to learn how we care for our landscape and Brown Swiss herd. 

Tours are every Friday, 1:45 PM - 3:45 PM through October 20. Register to save your spot!
Energy Updates
Decisions at the national level are not slowing our fight against climate change. For us, a lot of that fight is through education. But as community members and stewards of this campus for learning about sustainability, we're also taking concrete steps towards renewable energy and energy efficiency.
VT FEED's Northeast Farm to School Institute Kicks Off
School teams from every New England state and New York will convene to develop action plans for integrating local foods into their cafeteria and develop food, farming, and nutrition curriculum for their schools. It's a year-long professional learning opportunity for teachers, food service staff, administrators, and community members that includes support from an experienced Coach. The Institute kicks off with a working retreat at the Farm June 27-29. Read more.
