Congratulations to our very own Symphony Orchestra oboist, Lauren Patton for being selected as a member of the national Honor's Selection Board's elite junior high band & orchestra that will perform at Carnegie Hall in NYC this June! Lauren and other performers (that were selected from among thousands who auditioned in February) will join performers from 43 US states, Canada, Australia, and Taiwan to play for five days, culminating in a public performance on June 25.
