Rubber City Harley Davidson has a rich history of supporting non-profit agencies in the community They will be partnering with the Summit County Fatherhood Initiative for a fund raiser dinner event on Monday, on Monday, June 19, 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM, at their dealership on 1120 Main Street in Cuyahoga Falls. All proceeds will be donated to SCFI to support its fatherhood programming and services, which help dads overcome the barriers that prevent them from having a connection with their children. Precious Cargo Program
For Expectant and New Dads

SCFI Partner Fame Fathers has developed and introduced its Precious Cargo program for expectant and new dads. Using 4 segments – Understanding Mom, Understanding Baby, Safe Sleep Training, Boot Camp for New Dads – this program helps dads adjust to becoming a father to their new baby.

More New Fatherhood Class Facilitators
In the last 12 months, SCFI has increased its number of trained, fatherhood class facilitators from 9 to 27. A 300% increase!

Father Talks is a publication of the Summit County Fatherhood Initiative. It focuses on fatherhood client stories, and other items related to fatherhood. SCFI is a collaborative, community initiative dedicated to helping men increase their fathering skills through programming, education and individualized services. SFCI was founded by three, prominent Summit County fatherhood service providers - Pastor Eugene Norris of Fame Fathers, Don Lykes of Fathers and Sons of Northeast Ohio, and Frank Williams of Man2Man.
