Unlike most of our competitors, VSA provides 3 training sessions per week.  We have also incorporated a partnership with premier performance company, AP2T.  Here is a quick snap shot of our annual program:
  • 3 Training Sessions per Week
  • Winter Training included (twice per week)
  • 3 Tournament Registrations (plus State Cup Registration)
  • Professional speed, agility, strength, and endurance training with AP2T
  • Professional mentorship from MLS Pro and Director of Player Relations, James Riley
  • Technical Exercises for Players to practice at home + professional binder (tracking progress and player's learning experience throughout the year)
  • Professional evaluations from collegiate coaches for all age groups
