"The Value of Being Your Authentic Self in Relationships" Quarterly Breakfast

Join us Tuesday July 25th at the Heart to Heart Communications Quarterly Connections Breakfast to hear Elizabeth (Beth) Winter-Sharpe, Senior Lecturer at The University of Akron and freelance writer, share about The Value of Being Your Authentic Self in Relationships.

Against the backdrop of her own relationships, both successes and failures, Beth will describe what it means to be authentic, how it changed her relationships, and the value authenticity brought to her and others. Guests will take away some useful tips for being authentic in their relationships, both personal and professional.

Previously, Beth was the regional vice president of BVU, the regional manager of marketing for Summa Health System, and the director of public relations and marketing for Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital.

Beth serves on the board of directors for Heart to Heart Communications.  She has also served on the boards of Project: LEARN of Medina County, the Medina County Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce and the Barberton South Summit Chamber of Commerce. Beth also served as a tutor with Project: Learn of Summit County and a member of the Summit County Children Services speakers’ bureau.

Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Rhetoric and a Master of Arts degree in Communication, both from The University of Akron.
