The Teaching Observation Program (TOP): Introduction to Peer Assessment of Teaching

Eligible for Academy service*
In the CFE, our vision is a culture of peer observation of teaching at UCSF through an easily accessible
Teaching Observation Program (TOP). We've created a low barrier process to become a TOP Observer through our in-person workshops. TOP, established by the Academy in 2005, strives to serve all UCSF faculty with teaching observations and peer feedback.

*Academy members who have not received TOP training or need a refresher are strongly encouraged to attend.
