Dear Library Member,
We love to offer special events and unique programming to our patrons, and it's very rewarding to see our efforts being enjoyed and appreciated. Congratulations to our staff for the special recognition received for our wildly successful Comic Con. Publisher,
Image Comics, featured an article about the April 1 event in their newsletter's
Library Spotlight column! Click here to read the article.
We're getting ready to launch our annual Summer Reading Program, Build a Better World, next month and we're seeking sponsorship from local businesses. In addition to monetary donations to help fund special summer events, we are also looking for gift cards and items that can be used as prizes. This popular program has a wide appeal to both children and adults in the community and helps promote the importance of literacy and critical thinking skills. Please contact me by clicking on my name below if you can provide any support.
Have a spectacular week! Hope to see you in the Library.

Epos is a floating
library that operates in
Norway. The service started in 1959 and visits tiny places in three counties twice a year.
In addition, it is often supplemented with cultural activities for children, including musicians or drama. Often, these are the only cultural services offered in the places it visits. The ship is manned with a captain, a seaman, three librarians and one or two performers.
