We are excited to announce the well and irrigation pond project has started. You may have noticed equipment in the Main park parking lot. Earlier this week we sent out a letter via mail and email to all residents of Tortosa explaining the well site project. Continued updates will be available on our website  and communicated through newsletters.

Exterior painting can be an expensive and daunting task. Unfortunately when a community reaches 7-10 years old, most of the homes are beginning to show wear and are ready for a face lift. With that being said, take a little time out to look over your home and see if it is showing the signs of wear. Below is a link on tips to pick a painter.
