How Is Conditional Approval Different From Preapproval?
When you inquire about qualifying for a home loan, you'll likely hear the term "conditionally approved," but might not be sure what that means or how it differs from a preapproval. We're here to explain so you can be in the know!
What's driving real estate's home listing shortage?
There's a definite lack of housing inventory, and part of it can be
attributed to sellers staying put
"Inventory," "low inventory," "multiple offers," "low," "high," "strong," "new" - these words paint a clear picture of an unbalanced housing market, one where buyers are competing for too-few homes for sale.
Why productivity suffers when agents schedule their own tasks
Agents falter in their responsibilities when they don't have a system that helps them manage their to-do's
Many jobs involve completing a series of sequential, prearranged tasks. Teachers grade papers, chefs cook food to order, real estate agents contact leads. Over the years, tasks have become more systematized despite the growing freedom technology offers. Why is that?

Specialized Solutions & WaterCop

Locally owned and operated, Specialized Solutions has been selling, installing and servicing moisture detection equipment in the valley for 14 years.  One of our featured product lines is WaterCop Pro.

The WaterCop PRO line can offer any homeowner, whether they are a full time residence or own a vacation home, peace of mind protection from flood damage due to a leaky appliance or a broken pipe.

The homeowners' insurance provider will many times offer substantial premium discounts for the installation of a WaterCop system.

How does it work: throughout the home a series of wireless sensors are installed in strategic water bearing locations. In the event of a water leak, a wireless signal is transmitted to the actuated ball valve that is installed on the main water supply line and the water flow is turned off. The WaterCop can be integrated into the homeowners existing security system for immediate notification or choose from WIFI technology. A temperature sensor is included with the system that will trigger the shut off valve in the event the ambient temperature in the home drops below acceptable levels.

The last thing one of our part-time residents wants to happen is finding flood damage when they arrive in town. Not only will it ruin their visit but, the damage to the residence can be costly and very often ruin personal irreplaceable family treasures.
