Research shows that children's interests, ambitions, and skills can be shaped early on, potentially influencing everything from the subjects they choose to study to the careers they ultimately pursue. At "Moving Beyond Stereotypes: Empowering Girls and Boys to Develop their Unique Talents," Jodi Bondi Norgaard speaks about exposing boys and girls to diverse role models to help them break free from the stereotypes that are holding them back.
