Year-End Chapel - Fri., May 26 - 8:30 a.m. 
Everyone is welcome to join us for our closing chapel service on Friday, May 26 at 8:30 a.m. Pastor Busher from First Lutheran Church will be leading this service. The end-of-year certificates will be presented at this service. Following chapel, students will return to their homeroom and may be dismissed at that time. Chapel dress code is required as we have had on chapel days. Report cards will be sent via InfoDirect on Fri., May 26.
 
Our 4th quarter chapel offerings will go to Bridge City Community . Bridge City, an outreach of First Lutheran Church, continues the legacy of bringing the Gospel to people in need.
BCA and CCC will be closed Mon., May 29, 2017 for Memorial Day. Summer camp begins on May 30. We wish everyone a safe and blessed holiday!

We pray that each of you have a wonderful summer! Please keep Belvoir Christian Academy in your prayers. Look for information in late July regarding our Welcome Back Night on August 3!  Registration Day for the 2017-2018 school year will be Wed., Aug. 9. at 10 a.m.

Summer office hours have been set for BCA (CCC will be open regular hours - 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and can be reached at 423-987-8774).

Family Work Day
Weather permitting, June 24 will be a work day at BCA. We will be painting sidewalk games for students, fixing up the basketball area, and adding a few touches to the playground area as well as some other touch-up maintenance and painting and more landscape work.  Lunch and snacks will be provided and volunteer hours will be given. Come with your families and help us get ready for the new school year and the August 26 reunion. We will begin at 8 a.m. Come when you can!

Thank You - We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the PTL Board members for organizing all of our events for BCA this year. We truly appreciate each one of you and all that you do for BCA. Thanks, also, to all of our parents who volunteered this year. You make a difference for our students, faculty and staff. THANK YOU!

Supply Lists 
The 2017-2018 BCA school supply lists for kindergarten - 8th grade will be posted to our website by the mid-June under the Student tab -  Supply Lists
 
For PK4 and under - families do not furnish supplies for their child. They pay a $35 supply fee twice per year in August and February.

Summer Reading Lists - The Summer Reading lists for students entering 1st through 8th grades will be available on our BCA website  under the Student tab - Summer Reading Lists
Basketball Camp - June 5 -9 

Mr. Streufert, BCA Athletic Director, will host a basketball camp for rising 3rd - 8th graders from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., June 5 - 9, 2017.  

The cost is $60 per child and the fee includes a t-shirt and basketball.  

There will be many contests each day, such as shooting for basketball cards, hot-shot contest and free throws, as well as contests based on skills. At the end of the week, one athlete will be named "Outstanding Camper of the Week". For more information please contact Mr. Streufert at the school or [email protected].

Yearbook Orders
Orders are now being taken for the BCA 2016-2017 yearbook! Deadline to order is May 26, 2017.

Photos will include student activities from Infants - 8th grade
featuring class events, sports photos, school dances,
National Lutheran Schools Weeks activities, field trips,
Fun & Field Day, chapel, mini-courses and much more!

Please make checks payable to BCA, with "Yearbook" in the memo line and return the FORM, along with payment, to your child's teacher or Melissa Swafford by 5/26/17. Books will be available for pick-up on  Registration Day, Aug. 9, 2017. Forms may also be picked up the front lobby of the school.
