Celebrate the warmer weather with us with a free tasting from this weekend onward. Check in with our Barista-extrodanaires, Jeremy and Ryan, to find out what coffee and tea we're currently serving.

Spark Coffee is developing! Last weekend, we put together a new standing window bar to accommodate anyone who would like to enjoy their coffee in-house. Read a book, write a letter, or sit down for a chat in the sun - either way, we'll be happy to have you here.

 After it is harvested, how is coffee produced? Join us to find out for Saturday's tasting.
We'll be exploring three different types of coffee processes:

Colombia, Villreal Farm
Washed Process
Tasting notes: Apple, toffee, spices, chocolate.
Sumatra, Tano Batak 
Wet Hulled Process
Tasting notes: Chocolate, grapefruit, fresh tobacco.
Ethiopia, Misty Valley
Dry Process
Tasting notes: Blueberry, pomegranate, lavender.
