Asalam-o-Alaikum,

D uring the month of Ramadan, we will be serving catered community Iftars (dinners) on Friday June 2nd, Friday June 9th, and Saturday June 17th. Please consider being a sponsor of these iftars by making a donation(s) of $50, $100, or any amount. Please sign-up here to sponsor. Payments may be dropped off at FVAMC or mailed to: FVAMC, 35 Harris Road, Avon, CT 06001. 
We need volunteers to help with the Iftars. Please sign-up here to volunteer.
Celebrate with us FVAMC Academy graduation this Sunday (5/21) 11:30 -1:00 at FVAMC, followed by an outing at Sycamore Hill Park (Avon Senior Center) for fun, games, and food.  Congratulations to our teachers, students, and administrators who did a fantastic job this year. Please join us if you can, even if you have no children enrolled in the Academy.

Regular activities will be held as scheduled:

  • Halaqa - Friday 7:00-8:00pm
  • Young Muslim Boys - Saturday 5:00-7:00 pm (Middle School); 7:00-10:00  pm (High School)
  • FVAMC Academy Graduation and Outing- Sunday 11:30 4:30
    Arabic Class for Adults - Sunday 12:00 - 1:00 pm
  • Afterschool Quran Learning (AQL) Wed-Friday 5:00-6:30 pm.
