2018 Minimum Wage Increases

The Federal Minimum Wage Rate has remained steady since 2009.  However, beginning January 1, 2018, the Executive Order 13658 minimum wage rate was increased to $10.35 per hour (82 FR 43408). This Executive Order minimum wage rate generally must be paid to workers performing work on or in connection with covered federal contracts. Tipped employees performing work on or in connection with covered federal contracts generally must be paid a minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.

This position will be working locally under HR Director oversight. Position requirements include bachelor's degree in related field with 5-10 years human resources experience.  Manufacturing environment experience a plus. Full time, Monday-Friday 8a-5p. 

Materials Management Director  
$80K -$95K + Benefits
Springfield, MO
 
This position will be responsible for the local site and department staff to ensure that all logistics, inventory control, and timely delivery across the country are properly met. Position requirements include bachelor's degree in related field with 5-10 years Materials Management experience.  Manufacturing environment experience a plus.
