Dance Burn™
A new-school take on old-school aerobics. High-intensity dance cardio gets your blood pumping with all original choreography and toning sections with resistance props and body weight. Sweat and sculpt with this energetic, total-body workout.

CAMP GRIT™
Unleash your inner athlete in this challenging total-body conditioning class. Build strength and endurance on rowing machines, TRX and other athletic training equipment while enjoying motivating music. This workout is designed to make you feel like you’re training for the game, so get ready to show your GRIT. (At SMU location only)
Sneakers required, 45 minutes
Pure Strength™
Half an hour of straight up weight lifting to the beat of the music! Think Body Sculpt with heavier weights and without the cardio. This class is the perfect compliment to REVOLUTION Cycling or Turbo Kick! Sneakers required, 30 minutes
