Spend a morning with Dr. Randy Blakely from the FAU Brain Institute on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 8:30 a.m. and discuss leveraging neuroscience in a search for mechanisms and treatments for human developmental disorders like autism and ADHD. Dr. Blakely will review how research at the Institute is targeting brain dopamine and serotonin in a search for potential treatments of these disorders and how genetically modified mice can be used to search for brain mechanisms and new treatments... The John D. MacArthur Campus presently enrolls more than 1,500 students and offers groundbreaking programs in research and education.
