CBIA has formed a City of Naples CityView Work Group with Craig Mole (Building Official).
Our first meeting is scheduled for 3:30-4:30 p.m., Thursday, June 20th at CBIA. Any CBIA builder/remodeler member who would like to participate, please email [email protected].
It is anticipated CityView will go live for permits and inspections in February 2018.

Construction growth is on the horizon as BUILD expands into North Carolina. BUILD is a full-service construction management, general contracting and design-build firm, specializing in both commercial and luxury residential construction.
Naples luxury homebuilder Diamond Custom Homes today announced the construction of a new 9,117 total square foot estate home in Quail West Golf & Country Club on Williston Way in the Estate neighborhood.
GATES Construction
has begun construction on two new retail stores at Coconut Point Mall, Tuesday Morning and a nondisclosed retail store. Located at 8012 Mediterranean Drive, Suites A & B, in Estero, the project will consist of splitting the former Sports Authority building into two separate tenant spaces. Tuesday Morning will be approximately 17,697 SF and the second retailer will be approximately 19,620 SF. The exterior façade and entrances will be remodeled and the interior will be complete demolition and renovated to accommodate the new tenants. GATES previously constructed multiple phases at the mall that included the original Sports Authority. Renovation is slated for completion by early fall 2017.
Mark Smith, president of Harwick Homes, today announced the luxury homebuilder's unfurnished 6,496 square foot Augusta grand estate model in Bonita Bay has sold prior to completion.

announced that Brandon Box has been promoted to executive vice president, market president for the Fort Myers and Sarasota markets. He will oversee commercial, retail and private banking efforts in three counties.
