James Sved, a South End resident, said Wednesday that he will run in the March 13 election for the Town Council seat held by the retiring Richard Kleid. Sved's decision to seek Kleid's seat sets up a three-way race with Lew Crampton and Harris Fried, while leaving incumbents Bobbie Lindsay and Margaret Zeidman unopposed in their re-election bids, at least for now.

Financial Outlook Upgraded to Positive
The Port of Palm Beach's long-term contract renewals with its two largest tenants have helped boost its investment grade outlook to positive from stable, Moody's Investors Service said last week.
