Hot Breakfast
Breakfast this coming Sunday, January 7, and will be provided by guest chefs, Jenni & Joshua Anderson.     
 
Please plan on joining everyone in Board Hall between 8:30am and 9:45 where you will not only enjoy great food but a time for fellowship.   
   
 
Christmas Un-Decorating  
Un-decorating the church will be on
January 7, 2018, after the 10am service.  
 
Hopefully, many of you can stay to help.  
 
Remember, many hands makes quick work, and more fun!

Annual Parish Meeting
Plan to attend our 2018 parish meeting on January 21 at 10:15am.  
 
We will have our 8am Rite I with Eucharist then our Rite II with Eucharist at 9am, instead of 10am.  
 
A luncheon will be served after the parish meeting in Board Hall.
 
Altar Flower Memorials for 2018 
It's time to renew your dates for 2018 altar flower memorials.  
 
Letters with order forms have been sent to the previous year's donors. Please respond promptly since renewals are honored first.  
 
New donors are also welcome and encouraged to respond with a date!  
 
Please call Ursula Brooks at 245-1342 so she can gather all necessary information.  
 
St. Luke's Book Club  
YOU ARE INVITED to St Luke's Book Club!  
 
Our book selection for January is Martin Luther: Renegade and Prophet by Lyndal Roper. This is the life and times of Martin Luther with a thorough history or portrait of the complicated Roman Catholic priest whom eventually married a nun. This very complete read almost totally explains how Luther, the acknowledged father of the Protestant Reformation, was responsible for our Protestant churches and his reasoning and arguments for the same.
 
MEETING INFO : Lyman House, January 9th, SECOND (2nd) Tuesday monthly at 6:30 PM for 2+- hours of rousing conversations and introductions to books of almost every genre. At the end of each meeting, we discuss books for the next month's selection, so bring your suggestions with you.
