Final Exam Schedule

Class of 2017 Prom 
The prom will take place from 8:00pm-12:00am on Saturday, May 13th at The Museum of Natural Science located at 5555 Herman Park Drive, Houston, TX 77030. The After Prom will take place at the museum immediately following the prom and last until 2:00am on Sunday, May 14, 2017. Prom and after prom ARE NOT A LOCK IN your students may leave whenever they want, but may NOT return. All students must check in by 9:30pm after that time no students will be allowed to enter prom. BHS Prom & After Prom guidelines and information can be found here.  A video reminder to all seniors from Ms. Frank and Officer Rodriquez can be seen here. Bellaire seniors bringing a guest from another school or a non Bellaire senior must submit a signed Prom Contract and pay the $100 cash guest fee in Ms. Shoulders' office.  As a reminder, seniors bringing a guest must check into prom at the same time as their guest. All students and guests must present a valid school or government ID to be admitted to the Prom. 

Bellaire Baseball
Baseball moves forward to the second game in their series against Katy tonight at Butler. First pitch is at 7:00pm.  Wear your red and come out and cheer them on! #CardinalPRoud
Choir Pop Show
The Choir Pop Show is tonight in the auditorium at 7:00pm. Come early to get a good seat as this is a very popular event! 


Summer School 2017 - Register NOW - DEADLINE APPROACHING

Course Verification Sheets
Course verification sheets will be distributed to 9-11 grade students Monday, May 15th during Advocacy.  Students need to obtain teacher signatures as well as a parent's signature confirming their course choices and levels. Course Verification Sheets should be returned to 2nd period teachers by Thursday, May 18th. 
End of Year Computer Return 
Students:  Now is the time to make sure you have all of your PowerUp Laptop items to avoid replacement fees.  If you have had your laptop stolen/lost, you must come report it in Room 220 immediately!
1.    PowerUp Laptop ($1230)
2.    HISD case ($20)
3.    Laptop charger ($20)
Seniors may begin Laptop Check-In beginning Monday, May 8 th .  Please come to Room 220 when you are finished using the laptop in your classes.
Freshmen - Juniors will return their laptops during the week of May 15-May 19 through Language Arts classes.
Seniors End of Year Check Out
All seniors must compete a Senior Check Out Sheet to receive their cap & gown for graduation.  Download a form here.
Booster Club Elections
Booster Club Elections will be held Monday, May 15th. Ninth, tenth and eleventh grade students will vote online through their Naviance account between 8am and 4pm.

PTO Summer Scholarship Winners
Congratulations to John Lillig, Emily Pan, Zoe Pham, Elizabeth Szafranski, Jacob Tate and Zoe Zhang! Each of these students won a $500 summer study scholarship. Special thanks to the Bellaire PTO for their ongoing support of Bellaire students!
Russians Students
Congratulations to Arkadi Zhanov, Maria Sharina, Sasha Molchanova, and Irina Didenkofor earning Advanced Gold Medals iin their second round of judging at the Pushkin Institute in Moscow. Shout out to Russian teacher, Ms. McLendon also for her work with these students.   #CardinalProud



Teacher Appreciation Luncheon
Every year in May the PTO sponsors an end of the year teacher's luncheon. It is held in the BHS cafeteria and catered by a local restaurant.  We would like to present each teacher with a gift basket or a gift card to a local store, restaurant, or tickets to a local game. JUNIORS
  Start your   Senior Brag Sheet  and plan to complete by the last day of school
Identify potential recommenders and ask them in person before you leave for summer
Provide recommenders with your Senior Brag Sheet if they want it before the summer break. 








Class of 2017 Graduation
The Bellaire High School Class of 2017 will graduate Sunday, May 28th at 7:00p.m. at NRG Stadium. Families and guests do not need a ticket to attend graduation. The ceremony should last no more than 2 hours. Detailed information can be found here.
Help Name That Book!
Between May 6 th and May 27 th if you present the voucher pictured to the right at participating Barnes & Noble stores or the voucher number on-line,  a great program, Name That Book (NTB), will receive a portion of the sale(s).

Rising Seniors - Class of 2018
To appear in the senior section of the yearbook you must be photographed
with Prestige Portraits. Seniors will be photographed during the upcoming
