May 7- Multigen Worship: "Generation Hope"
9 & 11
Hope. What is it? How do we find it? Where do we find it? Does hope help us during these dark times? Come to the YUUth service this Sunday to explore these questions and more. And maybe you'll find that putting a little faith in our young people may just be the hope we are looking for.

Care Network Corner |

by Sarah Weber
Joyous news - a family in our community is expecting a baby soon and could really use some help during the first busy weeks. If you can cook a little extra for dinner and make a delivery it would be great appreciated. Thank you so much.
The Bonilla family is also still in need of help. Your generosity has made a huge difference to them. Please continue your support.

Saturday May 13th from 6-9pm - Sanctuary City Coffee House and Potluck
|
|
"Mamma said there'll be days like this" The music committee and a small planning group are bringing back a Coffee House to FUUSB and we are adding a potluck to the event. In the true spirit of a potluck please bring a dish of your choice to share with others. What better way to soothe our souls, and celebrate Mother's Day, than to break bread together, while we entertain each other! People of all ages are encouraged to attend. We have some people who have agreed to perform a few songs. Additionally there will be time for an "open mic" so If you sing, play an instrument, want to recite a poem, etc. you will have an opportunity to perform. If you would like to perform in one of the time slots please let Brian Haas at
bhaas@viscc.com or Jennifer Carpenter
jennifer@uusociety.org know so we can plan a tentative schedule. What do you think? Let Brian and Jennifer know if you like the idea of the Coffee House.
