Arma Dei Academy's mission is to glorify God by providing an excellent classical Christian education founded upon a biblical worldview which equips students to live purposefully and intelligently in service to God and others.
Dear Parents,

Each year, the Arma Dei Board of Directors works with me to set tuition through a process of strategic and financial planning. Conversations about tuition are inherently challenging. Our mission is to glorify God by providing an excellent classical Christian education founded upon a biblical worldview which equips students to live purposefully in service to God and others. At the same time, it is our strong commitment that Arma Dei would be affordable. Indeed, we seek to set tuition as low as possible without sacrificing the quality of education we aim to provide.

For the 2018-19 school year, tuition for 1st - 8th grade is $9,870, and Kindergarten tuition is $4,935.

This tuition increase is primarily driven by our firm commitment to return to no more than a 16:1 student to teacher ratio in every grade and every class. Small class sizes enable us to provide even greater quality through increased time with teachers and personalized help, while also promoting a nurturing relationship between teacher and student. Additionally, inflationary pressures in the Denver Metro area continue to outpace the rest of the country. The most current data shows a 3.1% inflationary increase year over year. Finally, paying competitive teacher salaries, both to retain our current faculty and to attract outstanding new faculty to our growing school, is a critical component of continuing to enhance our programming.

We recognize that there are some families who are unable to afford one hundred percent of their tuition, so we continue to have a robust financial aid program, administered through a third party evaluation of financial need. If you have questions about the financial aid process, please don't hesitate to contact me, or to direct your questions to Lora Bowman, Admissions Director.

In closing, I hope to see you all at Parent Preview Meeting next Thursday at 6:30pm. You are highly encouraged to attend as this will be an opportunity to learn more about what's coming in the 2018-19 school year and what it will mean for your child's education.

Educating to Glorify God,

Stephen R. Taylor
Head of School
