This FREE event for uncommitted WAVE athletes with grad years of 2018-2021.  Come showcase your skills to a number of college coaches without having to leave home.  Make sure to PREREGISTER and mark your calendars for January 21.

A lasting bond 

Alumni from WAVE gathered together over the holiday season to reminisce in the connection that unites them no matter their age - we all love volleyball and we all were and are a part of something great.

That bond begins to form early on as evidence by little things teams do to build their relationship both on and off the court.

 

December was a successful month for many of the boys teams as they enjoyed their holiday season as shown by 15Jed and their white elephant gift exchange.  

Fun was had on and off the court as the guys improved their play and had some nice showings at the Holiday Classic!

Is it really winter?  

The beach sure is inviting this winter.  WAVE athletes have been enjoying all it has to offer, while continuing to add accessories to their outfits.

This is a phenomenal exercise to help improve foot padding, while developing trunk lateral flexion and anti-rotation.  It also improves dynamic stability through the hips and mid line.

Hodge's Hints for Recruiting (#13)

It's time to gear up for the new recruiting season! 

Please make sure all of your information on any recruiting sites (AES, WAVE, etc) is correct.  If your height, reach, vertical, position, GPA, etc. has changed it needs to be updated.  Take some time to look it over so that college coaches are getting correct information.

The American Volleyball Coaches Association annual convention runs in conjunction with the NCAA Women's Final Four.  

Camryn Tastad & Jaden Whitmarsh competed with the UnderArmor High School All American West team, while a handful of WAVE coaches went to learn from as well as present to volleyball coaches from around the US, sharing knowledge, tips, and a love of the game to continue the pursuit of success for the sport and its athletes.

As the indoor season came to a close at the end of November, many accolades were bestowed on WAVE players during the month of December.
