ADEMS Bylaws revised for member approval at our  2017 Annual Meeting - May 31st.
Last month we shared that the Board of Directors, with the assistance of legal counsel, completed a thorough review of our society bylaws. This bi-annual review was necessary as a component of the Colorado Medical Society to reflect the changes made to the CMS governance and also to insure compliance with both federal and state laws. This is just a friendly reminder that the proposed  2017 ADEMS revised Bylaws  will be presented  for vote at the Annual Meeting on May 31, 2017 in compliance to Article XVIII of current bylaws.

If you have any questions, concerns or need clarification on any changes being proposed, please feel free to contact any ADEMS board member. or the ADEMS office at 303.761.2887 or ADEMSstaff@gmail.com.  We appreciate your membership!
