OWLS program "Choices in Health Promotion" was just entered into the Department of Health's National Registry of Evidence-Based Programs. Independent reviewers cited that the program achieved promising outcomes in well-being, self-concept, spiritual health, physical health, exercise and nutrition, and alcohol use and disorders.
Choices is a customized program for small businesses, based on interviews with the small business owner and is best used as part of a broader small business wellness initiative in your community.
