Rocket Languages is an online language learning software now available for free. The site offers 15 different languages including English as a second language and sign language. Silent Comedy Films with Bruce Cooper January 22nd 6:00 PM. Free! 
Bruce Cooper is a life long fan of silent films and the founding Director of the Cinema Series at the Denver Art Museum. Additionally, he has made over 20 short films on celluloid since graduating from film school in 1986. Bruce will introduce each of these films and lead a discussion afterward. 
Skateboard Deck Exhibit on View January 3nd -- February 2nd

From January 3rd -- February 2nd the Library is proud to present an exhibit of painted skateboard decks. These decks will be auctioned off with proceeds benefiting the Kevin Peare Memorial Skate Park. Please do stop by, check them out, and bid! Pass to Portland Children's Museum Now Available

The Library now offers a pass to the Children's Museum & Theater of Maine in Portland. The pass offers a 50% discount for four people. The museum is located next to the Portland Museum of Art so patrons are encouraged to visit both on the same day.
