Join Us for The Chambers Award Ceremony
It's hard to believe that 2018 is already upon us. The St. Charles Chamber Board of Directors and staff wish you a Happy New Year. We welcome you to join us at the upcoming 96th Annual Charlemagne Awards Dinner to be held on February 2nd at the Q Center from 6-9:30pm. This is an opportunity to celebrate the success of our members and the community by honoring the Charlemagne winner and the milestones and achievements of business in St. Charles. During Charlemagne, we are hosting a " Meet and Greet" Cocktail Reception to give you the opportunity to get to know our new President and CEO, Jim Di Ciaula. I look forward to seeing you there!
This year we are excited to collaborate with you to grow the economy and build our community. As part of our strategic planning process, the Board of Directors met in the spring and fall of 2017 to develop goals and key objectives. The focus is on the future of the Chamber as a relevant hub of community influence not only for traditional business issues, but on the overall financial health and well- being of the community.
To that our goal is to grow the chamber to 775 members by the end of 2021. This is a big goal requiring 31 net new members per year. For 2018 and beyond there are 4 key objectives to support that goal:
1. Create Key partnerships and strong collaboration within the community with a strong connection between business, government and the community, with the Chamber at the center.
2. Increase brand awareness through marketing and promotions.
3. Elevate the relevance of the Chamber within our community.
4. Position the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce to support the vision and long-term goals and objectives.

Mayor Raymond Rogina was able to be a part of this celebration, in addition to everyone who attended. There were refreshments and appetizers along with AHC Advisors wine glasses for all the guests who attended.
