Lethbridge 2017: Get Active Through Sport 
Help us celebrate Canada's 150th by joining Lethbridge 2017: Get Active Through Sport.  Choose to participate in 52 sports in 52 weeks, #YQLChallenge or register as a volunteer!  We invite you to register online - recruit a friend, involve your family, team mates or co-workers or on your own! 
SportFest Vendor/Exhibitor Registration 
SportFest 2017 will be held Saturday August 19th at the Servus Sports Centre. Vendor/exhibitor registration is now open. A number of organizations took advantage of the early bird pricing and spaces are filling quickly, so register today to avoid disappointment! Welcome to the Lethbridge Bulls who will be there with their inflatable batting cage!
Lethbridge, Alberta to host 2018 Canadian Championships in Trampoline Gymnastics
The city of Lethbridge has been selected by Gymnastics Canada to host the 2018 Canadian Championships in Trampoline Gymnastics at the ENMAX Centre from July 4-8. The 2018 Canadian Championships in Trampoline Gymnastics is a five-day event that hosts 300 athletes, 60 coaches, and 24 judges.
Summer Camps in Lethbridge
Lethbridge Sport Council provides a host location for sport groups to share their summer camps with the public. All local sport and recreation organizations are invited to add a camp to our site.  Please send an email with the details (time, cost, location and registraion info) to    [email protected]

Achievement Award winners recognized 
Lethbridge Sport Council Achievement Awards Ceremony was held on  Thursday April 6, 2017 at the  Canadian Western Bank Lounge (ENMAX Centre).   In case you missed it, you can watch the video of the evening.
LFS - Immigrant Achievement Awards
Do you know an immigrant who has made amazing contributions to Lethbridge in the areas of arts and culture, professional achievement, or community service? What about an organization with a record of embracing diversity or how about an immigrant or refugee youth, whose accomplishments truly make him or her shine?   Nominations are now open.
Board Leadership Lethbridge
The first Board Leadership Lethbridge 1-day training event for non-profit board members was held on Saturday May 6th, and was at capacity.  If you missed this great opportunity, visit their website to be added to their mailing list to find out when the next event will be held.

Every Kid Every Community Speaker Series
The next installment in the Every Kid Every Community Speaker Series is set for Saturday, May 13 in  Lethbridge , featuring Jamie  McLennan , Rob Brown and Jason  Strudwick .
The lunch event is in support of the Hockey Alberta Foundation's Every Kid Every Community Program and the  Lethbridge Minor Hockey Association.
Gymnastics Club Athletes Successful
West Wind Gymnastics Club is thrilled to congratulate its athletes who had exceptional performances at the 2017 Western Canadian Gymnastics Championships held April 28th and 29th in Brandon Manitoba. 

West Wind Gymnastics Bottle Drive
Trade your bottles and cans for Drop-In passes at West Wind Gymnastics between May 22 and 27th.  Drop off at 1014 - 3 Ave North.  Pick-ups can be arranged.     Call 320-1373 for more info.

Lethbridge Lawn Bowling Club OPEN HOUSE

WHAT:  Free lunch, lessons and lawn bowling.

Nature Play Day - June 10th
The Helen Schuler Nature Centre is holding its 5th Annual Nature Play Day on Saturday, June 10th  from  12:00 pm to 4:00 pm  at Henderson Lake Park. This outdoor festival aims to encourage families to get outside and play by featuring a variety of engaging activities
Southern Alberta Summer Games
The SASG will be hosted in the City of Brooks and County of Newell  from July 5 th  to 8 th . Registration for the Games will open  May 8th , the deadline for registration is  June 2nd .  All of the necessary forms and additional up to date information for events can be found online at the SASG website
