Comcast Cares
For Camden
It's not every day that we work with people who are eager to get their hands dirty, but on a rainy Earth Day, Comcast employees and their families joined us to do just that!

Thank you for the time you spent building, shoveling, weeding, and planting in our neighborhood Cooper Sprouts Garden! Because of you, our neighbors can enjoy the peace of the garden and pick their favorite vegetables just steps away from their front door.

Thank you for partnering with CFS, Sheila Roberts, and Cooper Medical students to revitalize Cooper Sprouts Garden! We are already looking forward to Comcast Cares Day 2018!
Subaru Continues to 'Share the Love'
with SERV
Thank you Prestige Subaru of Turnersville for your gift of $26,000 through your annual Share the Love event. Because you chose our Services Empowering Rights of Victims program as your beneficiary, hundreds of survivors of violence living throughout South Jersey will receive the quality care they need to heal and become whole again.

Prestige Subaru of Turnersville has been supporting SERV through their Share the Love event since 2013, raising over $70,000 for the program. Through the campaign, Subaru donates $250 for every vehicle purchased or leased to the charity of their choice.
Support for a
Positive Future
Thank you, Deborah Kroop, for your continued interest and support in the opening of our Envision program.  Your thoughtful donation of new curtains in each of the homes within our Envision program  has created a warm and welcoming place of comfort for the young girls  living there.

Your generous gift will have a lasting impact on our youth during their journey towards healing and empowerment.
A Taste of Something Good
Thank you to our volunteers from Campbells who dedicated their Friday morning to Centerville Head Start. We could not have transformed our outdoor spaces without your help Our preschool students are so excited to have newly planted vegetables to water and watch as they grow.

Because of you, our students are not only experiencing the joy of gardening but they are also learning about where their food comes from. We can't wait for them to try the spinach, eggplant, and broccoli that you planted.  Thank you for your generosity and hard work in making this project a success!
Aiding a Noble Endeavor
Last spring we announced a $50,000 grant from NobleHour and the NobleCause Team to our Quixote Quest teen volunteer program. The donation included a highlight video of the winning program and we're so excited to be able to share the video of Quixote Quest with you!

Because of this gift, the passionate young people in Quixote Quest have been able to influence positive change in the communities we all share. View their amazing work here.

Motivated by Service
Shannon Murphy is one of the founding members of PowerCorps Camden and has been enrolled since the first cohort in December of 2015. Shannon's willingness to step up and complete any task (despite the weather, physicality involved, or amount of effort needed) was unmatched from the very beginning.

Shannon immediately threw himself into the environmental aspect of the program but struggled with the professionalism needed to be elevated to a leadership position early on. However, now in his third term of service, Shannon is serving as an Assistant Crew Leader and has proven to the staff that he is capable of both leading by example and in his advice to his peers and crew members. Shannon enjoys healthy competition and likes to bring this to his service day. His enthusiasm and desire to really make an environmental impact in his city rubs off on his peers as they serve beside him each day.

Thank you, Shannon, for your unceasing hard work and the example you set for our program!
