NYS DEC will accept grant applications through January 31, 2018. While the funding is helpful in the short term, regulations are needed to strengthen the existing statute. Learn more.

Pennsylvania Senate Holds Hearing on Bill to Amend the State's Electronics Extended Producer Responsibility Law
