The CREW DC Programs Committee is looking forward to our May Luncheon: "Next Frontier of Green Buildings: WELL and FitWell Buildings" on Wednesday, May 10th. Following LEED, which transformed the building industry, rating systems like WELL and Fitwel are poised to redefine not only the green building industry but also their occupants' experience. Please join us as we explore this next frontier in green building and learn the benefits and challenges involved when implementing these programs. Thank you in advance to our distinguished speakers, Wendy Feldman Block (Savills Studley), Steve Kooy (SCS Global Services), and Denise Funkhouser (GSA), who will discuss their knowledge and experiences in regards to this topic.

 

We are also very excited about several upcoming events including "Women on the Rise III," highlighting dynamic CRE women in June and the 2017 CREW DC Awards Placemaking Nominees in September. Please keep an eye out for these in the future. As mentioned, we will be opening up the registration to these events to our members and sponsors first so please try to register as soon as possible.

 

The programs committee works hard to brainstorm topics, speakers, and locations for meetings. This effort ensures we are planning and producing outstanding and cutting edge luncheon programs for our members. If you would like to contribute to our programming efforts and help shape our upcoming events, please join us. This Committee holds morning planning sessions on a monthly basis and is always delighted to welcome newcomers.
