The ancient chakra system of India is like a spiritual map that leads you to a better understanding of yourself and others.  Connection to the subtle body is not limited just to chakras, though!  You'll leave with a greater grasp of the concepts of prana (vital energy), nadis (energy pathways), koshas (sheaths or layers of being) and more.  Discussion with some asana, pranayama and meditation.
