We hope you will share this information with your family, friends and neighbors. Better yet - let them know they can sign up to get this same email with news they can use, too!
Happy Holidays from all of us at the City of Boerne! We are a team of more than 200 employees that care deeply about Boerne and your quality of life. We are here to serve you and hope you have a wonderful holiday season with family and friends.
Real Christmas Tree Recycling
You can now sign up for Christmas Tree Recycling online! Boerne Utilities crews will begin picking up your discarded real Christmas tree from the curb on Jan. 2 for no extra charge, and trees will be recycled into mulch. Please be sure all ornaments, nails, tinsel, etc. are removed.

Holiday Garbage/Recycling Schedule

The collection schedule for garbage and recycling is adjusting for the holidays!

If you normally have garbage collection on Mondays, place your waste wheelers at the curb on the Saturday before . Christmas Day and New Year's Day customers should put their waste wheelers out on Saturday, December 23rd and Saturday, December 30th.

Save Water, Save Money!

Winter water averaging for Boerne Utilities water customers begins this month thru March.

Most water used during the winter is for indoor purposes and then processed at the wastewater treatment plants. This is how your sewer rate is calculated for next year. So avoid landscape irrigation and reduce indoor consumption to save on your utility bill throughout the year.

City Offices will be closed:
Monday, December 25th
Tuesday, December 26th
Monday, January 1st

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Start the New Year Safely

Enjoy your New Year's Eve celebrations responsibly, and please remember that personal fireworks are not allowed in the Boerne City Limits.
