Join us for an evening of sublime food, wine, and company, all in support of a worthy cause. Chaîne members chef Patrick Colley, Gustavo Muzzolon, Mark Sipple and Jack Slaughter, along with all the remarkable staff at the Carolina Country Club, will be our hosts for the biennial memorial dinner and auction to benefit the Mel & Bambi Levine Memorial Scholarship for culinary arts students at Wake Tech.
Chef Colley’s background in Southern Cuisine, classical training at Johnson & Wales University, Culinary Olympics experience and participation in the prestigious Bocuse D’Or competition have prepared Patrick and his talented team to produce a meal to remember.
Prepare to be tempted by live and silent auction items. Dinners, wines, theater tickets and in-home parties are just a bid away.
Festivities will begin at 4:30PM.
Dress will be Black Tie with ribbons.
The cost for this unique event will be $190 for Chaîne members, non-members, and their spouses/partners/guests. Seating is very limited, so please reserve early to ensure a space.
You have the option to pay online via the link below, or mail in your check, made payable to la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, c/o Martha Marshall, 3904 Center Creek Circle, Raleigh, NC 27612, so she receives them no later than June 6th. Payments will not be accepted at the event, no exceptions.
