Jorge Cham is the creator of "PHD Comics," a comic strip about life (or lack thereof) in Academia. He is the co-founder of PHDtv, a science and discovery program viewed millions of times on YouTube and aired on PBS. He has a Ph.D. in Robotics from Stanford University and was an instructor at Caltech.
Daniel Whiteson is a professor of experimental particle physics at University of California, Irvine, and a fellow of the American Physical Society. He conducts research using the Large Hadron Collider at CERN.
