Open House Weekend Winner!
|
The grand-prize winner from our recent Spokane REALTORS® Open House Weekend is off to the carpet store with her husband - and a $1,000 VISA gift card!
Photo above: 2017 SAR President Jennifer Valerien (right), delivers the grand prize to Marian Bye (center) with husband Mike Bye (right), at the SAR this week.
Marian, Mike, and his sister Sue, all went to visit several of the open houses during our recent event. Their visit to Sherry Spencer's (RE/MAX Select Associates) open house at 14015 North Dartford Drive made them winners when it was selected as the grand prize house at last week's Board of Directors meeting.
As the listing broker, Sherry receives a $500 VISA gift card.
It really pays to visit an open house during the Spokane REALTORS® Open House weekend!
Congratulations Marian and Sherry!

The Voice for Real Estate
|
NEW!
NAR President-elect
Elizabeth Mendenhall was on Capitol Hill to reinforce REALTORS®' position that any tax reform must protect, not hurt, homeowners.
NAR has concerns with the Administration's proposal because it would hurt homeowners by taking away more deductions than would be offset by the increase in the standard deduction.
Also, NAR legal and sustainability staff explain the opportunities and hurdles to selling the increasing number of homes with solar panels.
