Are you a person with a disability who would like to make more choices for yourself?  Would you like to help a family member with a disability, or someone
you work with, become more independent or self-sufficient?  If so, join us for a Celebration of Self-Determination on Monday, July 10, 2017 in Salt Lake City.

The Conference will be held at the Hotel RL in Salt Lake City.  It will begin at 8:00 AM and will conclude at 4:00 PM, and includes lunch.  (see Tentative Schedule below.)  Dinner will be on your own followed by a People First Dance at 6:00 PM.

You may register for the event at the door beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, July 10th.   Lunch will not be available to individuals that register at the door as we have turned in our final food count to the hotel.   The cost will be $10 per person payable in cash, check or credit card.
