Summer Reading 2017

Folks of all ages are invited to join Cranberry Public Library's summer reading program and attend the many fun programs and events that are planned!

This summer's theme, "Build a Better World," explores all kinds of topics from recycling to architecture and more! Some programs are age specific, but all of them are free and open to people of all abilities. A complete list of programs is available on our website -  www.cranberrylibrary.org

We're kicking this summer's program off with the Build 
Better World Magic Show with Steve Haberman on June  3rd. Shows are at 11:00 am & 1:00 pm. All a ges are welcome, but registration is  required.

TAB Meeting
Monday, May 8 from 4-5PM
Our Teen Advisory Board (TAB) plays an important role in the Cranberry Library by helping to plan events and by giving input on new books, DVDs, and music for the teen collection.
 
Tween Art Club
Tuesday, May 9 from 4-5PM
Kids in grades 4-6 are welcome to join Ms. Janae in the Young Adult area of the library for an art project. No registration necessary.

Genius Hour
Wednesday, May 10 from 4-5PM
Stop by the Teen Section anytime between 4-5 o'clock to create, make, invent, experiment, or build with Ms. Janae. No registration required. 

Homeschool Crafternoon
Thursday, May 11 from 1-2PM
Come, make a craft, and hang out with other homeschooled kids! For children ages 6-11.

Tween LEGO Club
Tuesday, May 16 from 4-5PM
Come and hang out with other kids who love LEGO for a full hour of laid back building. Tweens in grades 4-6.

Budding Builders

Join Ms. Janae at the tables in the Children's Department for an hour of free building with other 1st-3rd grade LEGO enthusiasts.

Stop in and enjoy a family friendly afternoon movie at the library! No registration required.

Crafty Friday

Stop by the Children's Room each Friday anytime between 11AM-1PM for a simple craft. All ages are welcome and no registration is required.

Teen Movie Night

Take part in the library's 2nd Cardboard Creation Day! Complete the challenge or create anything you want, but you can only use cardboard and the materials provided. No registration required.

Escape the Library

Tween/Teen Bath Bomb Creations
