IMC's CEO, Robert Cottone and Executives from the University of Pennsylvania and Penn Medicine celebrated the start of construction on the new Penn Medicine, Center for Healthcare Technology with a ceremonial groundbreaking at the site located in the University City section of Philadelphia.
