Memo on Release of Reserve Funds 

MRC wrote a memo to address questions by Equity Charter Members on the timing of the release of cash distributions from the Debt Service Reserve Fund, the Put Option and payments to Departing Municipalities from the Tip Fee Stabilization Fund and the Custody Account.  Each ECM will also receive a hard copy in the mail this week. Please note that the timing of the distributions are our best estimates and the MRC will notify members of changes as soon as practical.
