Located on Quebec Street south of Lowry Boulevard, this concrete parking structure will eventually be hidden by apartments that wrap around it. Lowry Apartments Under Construction

Pinkard Construction Co. is building Lowry Apartments at the corner of Archer Place and South Oneida Street in Boulevard One. The 72-unit complex will feature ground-floor community space, business offices, surface parking and a rooftop solar array. Completion is scheduled for late summer.

Denver Housing Authority, in partnership with Volunteers of America, formed Lowry Affordable Housing Partners to develop and manage this new property. Monthly rents will be affordable for families earning approximately 30 to 60 percent of the average median income.
