All of my students enrolled in Certificate of Merit passed with a Senior Medallion recipient and three Branch Honors winners It's wonderful to have a student in the Bach regionals again this year. Many students are enrolled in the National Guild Auditions and good luck to those performing in the Royal Conservatory Music Development Program this weekend and in August!
Congratulations to Robert Gerschultz and Michelle Lu for taking the AP Music Theory exam in May!
I attended the MTNA Music Teacher's National Association conference in Baltimore, MD for a week, and officially became CAPMT President. I am grateful to Dr. Jennifer Snow, Past-President of CAPMT, for her collaboration, guidance, and support during the past three years.
CAPMT.org has had exciting growth and expansion, with more to come!
I was also selected to serve on the National Editorial Committee for the MTNA Music Teachers' National Association for the American Music Teacher magazine.
Best wishes to all of my students and all teachers, for a wonderful end to the school year, and a relaxing and musical summer!
With warm regards,
Noreen Wenjen
